Weight control, more than any other reason is the initial motivation for many to begin an exercise program.  Whether it be to lose, gain, or  maintain weight,  I will design a program that is safe and effective and that will accomplish your desired fitness and/or personal goals.  I will also guide you towards the acceptance of fitness as a lifestyle.


With emphasis on technique and proper breathing, I will make sure each rep is performed correctly  thru each exercise.  Commitment and proper nutrition is vital to successful training and the achievement of optimal physical performance.  The same diet that maximizes performance also enhances health.  Health and fitness equals vitality and longevity.
